The margin - need to master it
I read an article abt guys who elevated their trading capitals from almost nothing to millions….one guy guy just loaded on silver and balloned his acocunt from 900 to almost 700k, uses some insane leverage, another was in crypto, went like from 300 to 1.2 mln +…
I was like, how is that feasible? You see, I have an account with my broker, MTrading, and the leverage offered here is just outstanding, super high, can go to x3000 and even more, depends on the asset btw (just look at the pic I ve attached). I was thinking, suppoe I use that leveraeg of 1:3000, …then, just 1000 dollars = 3,000,000 in purchasing power, I d be able to open huge size trades..even 0.03 change in eur/usd would yiled me 30k…just from 1k…that is insane….but it is just theory, even me as a newbie I know it is just pure gamble, no risk managemtn. I trade without leverage, or use it but to very limited extent.
I read edu articles from the broker, very helpful btw. The platform is fine, mt5 has lots of tools, I use mostly RSI and ATR and MA-s
