Recently blocked yandex purse. There are 68,000 roubles in the account. The wallet is identified and the card is linked. I made only a few transactions – I transferred money on the card.
1. After I transferred some money to my bank card Yandex money blocked the spending transactions.
2. Wrote to support – in the course of the proceedings it turned out that I was not authorized to use Yandex money via VPN.
3. Asked to generate new codes.

5. Yandex money support writes that I should generate the codes without using VPN
Issue the emergency codes again – without using a VPN or proxy server (according to our rules, such connections are prohibited, see clause 4.21.12 of the Agreement: https://money.yandex.ru/page?id=522764).
6. What I answer – I am from Ukraine and I can enter Yandex Wallet only through a VPN or proxy server
7. In response I receive – that according to the rules I am not allowed to use VPN.
8. I write to them – is it possible to return the money back to the sender ( money to me sent by a relative through sber bank to my wallet )
9. In response from the Yandex money service I receive – Send us the checks of the person who you sending money.
10. The person sends me checks, I send the checks to yandex money.
11. In response from Yandex, I get a letter – Unfortunately, the expenditure transactions on your account # ——– account number have been temporarily suspended. We need to find out how you are using our service to decide that

everything is the same and I have the same…used for 5 years without problems and suddenly blocked…and the same emergency codes, only I tried them without VPN, but techpod. still writes allegedly does not pass…nonsense what is that
