Non-delivery of the deposit, false claim declaration, as the deposit is requested in cash, neither seen nor taken… Identical photos on the day the car was picked up and on the day of the final report: (same shadow, same lighting, same scratch) but at the time of the deposit, presentation of a photo where there is nothing, and the photo of the final report with the scratch. And they withhold part of the deposit for repairs to the BLACK, so as to avoid involving the insurance company in a blablabla, knowing that we have a plane to catch and can’t miss it… I’ll leave you to imagine the rest: the deposit papers and the remittance of the deposit are identical, but not the sum remitted. Too bad they made you sign the paper for the deposit, neither seen nor known… And part of it in their pocket….
