    I have been trading in Grande for...

    I have been trading in Grande for more than two years, and I have never contacted technical support. I am quite satisfied with terminal’s work (I do not trade on the news, I do not open 100 orders per minute). Sometimes they delayed payments for 3-4 hours, but for me it is not critical.
