    Horrible service, I have made a deposit...

    Horrible service, I have made a deposit of 1827 pounds from my bank card, asked for additional verification, sent to the post, asked for another one, okay, sent again. Wait, I am waiting for more than two weeks, I wrote to technical support more than twenty times, at the post do not respond and the website are fed with breakfast, a customer service employee said the time from two to twenty-four hours, in the end I have been waiting for more than a week. I asked for a refund – again they are feeding me again, it seems that their experts are working, horrible company of scammers, the money is not returned, asking to contact them by mail, I get in touch, do not answer. Scammers – no more, I do not recommend this service.

    Beware of this exchange scamming your money

    Guess they though I just give up because it was only 5 USD. How many more out there lost 5 USD to them like me? Tried getting it back on their chat when clearly it showd they hold it on the network sacn. I felt something funny about them that's why I tried small amount first. BEWARE!!!

    Kraken stole my money

    Kraken closed my account and demanded that I withdraw my money, which had accrued a lot of fees, but demanded that I keep the $100 they would keep.
