Comfortable, Reliable, and Mostly Smooth Experience

While traveling in Turkey, we decided to use KiwiTaxi for a transfer from Antalya Airport to our hotel. The booking process on the website was intuitive — we selected the "Comfort" class and paid by card. We received an instant confirmation, and the driver contacted us via WhatsApp the day before our flight.

Upon arrival, the driver was waiting with a sign, helped us with our luggage, and the car was clean and air-conditioned, which is crucial in hot weather. The driver drove carefully and even provided a child seat free of charge.

The only small issue occurred upon arrival at the hotel — the driver didn’t know the exact location, and we had to use our phone’s GPS to guide him. Despite that, the overall experience was positive and stress-free.
