Good but region confusion

Ordered a PlayStation Store gift card thinking it would work globally, but it turned out to be for the Japanese store. Oops! I didn’t read the fine print closely enough. Contacted support and they were understanding — offered a partial refund since the card still had value. That helped a lot. The process was fair and the rep was polite. Otherwise, the site works well — easy to use, secure payment, and fast email delivery. Just wish there was a clearer warning about regional restrictions on certain items. Would definitely buy again, maybe next time I’ll check regions first!
