Big problems, slow help
Keycense started off promisingly — clear website, huge discounts on games and software — but my experience soured quickly when half my order failed. I bought an Xbox Game Pass key and two PlayStation gift cards, but the Xbox code wouldn’t activate, throwing an error about “invalid region restrictions.” I immediately checked the product page and saw no mention of regional limits until I dug into the tiny footnotes at the bottom. Frustrated, I reached out to support via live chat at 10 p.m. local time. The bot cycled me through irrelevant FAQs for 20 minutes before connecting me to a rep who spoke halting English. After explaining the issue, they blamed Microsoft’s servers and told me to wait 48 hours.
When the key still didn’t work two days later, I emailed again. A different agent finally admitted the key was “revoked” but offered only store credit. Meanwhile, one of the PlayStation cards expired because Keycense sent it to an old email address I hadn’t used in years. Their system didn’t let me edit my contact info post-purchase, either. Security seems decent — they use SSL encryption — but poor communication and unhelpful reps made this ordeal exhausting. If you’re buying time-sensitive items, look elsewhere. Tech-savvy shoppers might survive here, but prepare for delays and aggressive upsells.
