I opened an account a little over a year ago. I felt it was a good idea to stay away from state-owned brokers. Didn't lose. In the end, they are all under sanctions, and here I am still trading. The commissions are not much, but they are lower. There is a commission-free tariff for trading on the Moscow Exchange - thank you for that.
