I got in touch with the manager, who serviced me. She explained that the need for a receipt of payment of utilities in my name or an extract from the bank account no older than 6 months. According to them, such a rule was introduced recently. A client has to provide paperwork every 6 months.
I submitted an account statement. Said the wrong one. In addition to the account number, full name and balance must be the address as in the passport. Otherwise the account will not be unblocked. Manager sent a sample. Went back to the bank. Said that the certificate will be given without an address. Manager issued a sample and the bank to which I went is the same. Looking closely I found traces of photoshop on the sample sent to me.
