I went with two children. Minsk-Moscow trip, Mercedes bus number 7777 looks good, but in fact we got caught in the rain, the back rows were completely flooded… absolutely wet seats, streams of water on my head. Naturally, we could not sleep in such conditions. We arrived absolutely exhausted. Against the backdrop of fatigue forgot two children’s hats on the shelf (yes yes… I know it’s my own fault). I remembered about them literally an hour later, called the office of the company asked to contact driver and pick them up for transfer to the Minsk office. On the phone they said no problem… of course. Then I called again and was told that the bus was being repaired, I was told that the hats were at the driver’s, and that he would pass them on later. A week later they said you can come and get the hats from us. On arrival at the office of the company, it was said that there were no hats, then that there were, but not yours, and in general the driver did not find anything.
