The support can’t explain how to configure everything.
I’ve been struggling with this for about a week.
Then I have one account grabbed a ban. They say it’s my fault and did not set the limits. Although I understand that super duper cool service Jessica does it all by itself. Oh, well. It turns out you have to do it all by hand. Then why do I need a service if I have to gather an audience every day and run jesica by hand.
I got my account back a week later.
Then the second promoted account gets banned and blocked forever.
I complained to the guys, and they accused me again. and said that I do a lot of actions.
I asked for a refund for using their service. And here’s the fun part))))))))))))))))))))))))))
Not only that they recalculated the rest of the money. That is, they did not return the full price, but the balance. Although I for the time of use did not attract a single client. And killed just 2 promoted accounts.
