Hi there Bernd Maier,
Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review!
We really appreciate your positive feedback on our Help section and user guides. Making margin types like isolated and shared easy to understand is precisely what we aim for, especially for traders who want clarity before placing trades.
We’re also glad to hear that you value our 1:5 crypto leverage. As you mentioned, it’s intentionally designed to support better risk management and provide a safer environment for beginners while still being practical for more experienced traders.
Your comments on pricing mean a lot to us as well. We put significant effort into calibrating costs so traders at different experience levels can find a setup that fits their needs, and it’s great to see that reflected in your experience.
Thank you for your suggestions as well. Expanding the range of cryptocurrencies is something we actively evaluate, and your point about lower leverage options (such as 1:2) for highly volatile assets like memecoins is very valid. Risk control is a core priority for us, and feedback like this helps guide future improvements.
We also fully agree on the importance of education. Enhancing our educational offering (from beginner-friendly crypto insights to more advanced content such as webinars and live trading sessions) is on our roadmap, and your input reinforces how valuable this would be to the community.
Thanks again for your constructive feedback and for being part of HashHedge! We’re committed to continuously improving the platform based on real trader needs.

Evaluation
One more thing about their service is help section, its very nice because i have found many things in the user guide. like they have 2 margin types isolated and shared, its nice to know about these things when you are trading. also iappreciate their low leverage of just 1:5 for cryptos because thats best for beginners too.
