    After buying a VPS, comes a ticket from support to provide a photo of passport data on the background of the ticket. Asking why, just checking documents. VPS was not used for gray cases, etc., fully legal topic.
    Since the photo could not make, I offered to send them the documents from LLC (because a legal entity), they agreed, I sent them. Then a message came, this time I violated their ToS (a I was told that they could not do that). They gave us time to transfer the data, blocked the VPN, should refund the money.
