Flydubai voucher scam
In March 2020, tickets were purchased for Sri Lanka. The flight was cancelled due to Covid.
According to airline rules the money was refunded in vouchers. A year later, the airline renewed the vouchers until May 31, 2022.
We did not ask for a cash refund!
When trying to book new FlyDubai sent a notification that our vouchers were invalid in early May of this year (using vouchers + surcharge)! , so as if the money had once been transferred to the account of the aggregator City.Travel, through which we originally issued our first tickets.
The aggregator is the one information does not confirm it.
At the request of FlyDubai to send official confirmation of money transfer City.Travel replied that this information can not provide, thereby confirming the fact of fraud!!!
We will go to court!
