    Finmax takes trader's desire to close their...

    Finmax takes trader’s desire to close their account very personally, takes offense, blocks and as a result account is not closed, money is not withdrawn. In user agreement p. 19.4 there is a 7-10 working days deadline to close the account. In my case all terms are out and such a wonderful Finmax having got used to the money in my account cannot part with them 🙁
