    All beautiful and colorful, the application for the phone and so on, polite people in the office, but … try to call tech support – I’ll laugh at you, but you … you will be in trouble!
    Finamtrade has some glitches in the program, instead of closing a position they can open a new one… I was shocked…
    i was shocked. the result was a 700k loss in 2 days. and half a day of talking to the staff. and f*ck that, who’s gonna return the money?
    i will let you withdraw the money, i have withdrawn different amounts a million times, but it turned out that the guys are not going to answer for the glitches of their program….
    What the heck do I need it for?
    I DON’T RECOMMEND IT !

    Broker gives stability and confidence

    I can call my experience with Finam positive. Thanks to their courses, I understood investing and learned to analyze. I have no questions about their software, everything works stably.

    Normal

    Transactions are executed quickly, I have not noticed any failures. In general, I have no complaints about the broker. It gives analytics and recommendations with investment ideas. The base is good, in short.

    There are strengths and weaknesses

    In short, the broker is not worse than many of our others who are large. I have been with Finam since 2018, and so far I am satisfied with everything, even with some technical problems. They don't meddle in my trading, they don't do anything behind my back, and I am happy with that.
