I trade mostly through the mobile app. Some brokers often have slowness, but here everything is clear. I have been with Finam for a year now and I have never had to contact technical support.

I had a new position opened when I closed an old one... and that was with 9 leverage in a falling market.
They opened a new position for me when the old one was closed, and that with 9 leverage in a falling market... they explained everything as a "program glitch" and refused to take responsibility.
I left Finam. I withdrew all my money. Now I am looking for a new broker.
