I have been an IIS holder for two years.
The minus is that they charge 1.18% commission on dividends and coupons.
Yesterday I transferred my dividends from Detsky Mir, on the last day of the month - I did not have time to withdraw, 60 percent instantly today was taken away for the service)
And the most incomprehensible - on IIS was 2000 in addition to the shares. I clarified with the operator that personal income tax is charged only at closing. And so 3% on the balance. And so I went to look for a catch today and the account is minus 4000).
The support service, of course, does not answer.

UPDATE.
Got through to the broker.
Maintenance of the account per month up to 2000 rubles - 400 rubles.
And as for the main IIS until the weekend some limit things are not unloaded - everything will be displayed normally on Monday.
Support works well, but there are a lot of technical pitfalls(((.
