    finam completely sucks after 2011. It plays...

    finam completely sucks after 2011. It plays against its own clients: so in May I shorted Sberbank before the cut-off. According to the terms and conditions, if you don’t close the short, you’re fined 200 rubles minus a dividend deduction. It suited me fine. However, 2 days before the cut-off date Finam’s scam calls me and reports that on May holidays the transfer of marginal positions will cost not 20% per annum, as usual, but 25%! I.e. Finam’s scam artists have directly violated their own contract, which is a PUBLIC OFFER and therefore can not be renegotiated for individual customers! That prompted me to buy back the shorts in minus. Such actions of Finam scammers are qualified as Manipulation on the market of securities, with the purpose to get more money from their clients, playing against them! Now all funds are translated in the OPEN broker, where prices are two times lower! On this episode I’m preparing a complaint to the Central Bank and the court to recover the losses caused by market manipulation

      I bought shares of Bank Discovery via finam after its reorganization on 06.09.17. I bought stock through finam after the bank was banned on 06.09.17., on 1.12.17 shares were taken off the MICEX, finam did not warn in advance, in violation of the law on inventory, I am preparing a complaint to the Central Bank and the court. I will demand redemption of the shares because of the poor service provided to the consumer.

    Broker gives stability and confidence

    I can call my experience with Finam positive. Thanks to their courses, I understood investing and learned to analyze. I have no questions about their software, everything works stably.

    Normal

    Transactions are executed quickly, I have not noticed any failures. In general, I have no complaints about the broker. It gives analytics and recommendations with investment ideas. The base is good, in short.

    There are strengths and weaknesses

    In short, the broker is not worse than many of our others who are large. I have been with Finam since 2018, and so far I am satisfied with everything, even with some technical problems. They don't meddle in my trading, they don't do anything behind my back, and I am happy with that.
