I put ethereum to sell at a stop order at 163 USDT in case I didn’t follow the market. Then, they started maintenance work and after it was over, I found a huge candle down at 142 USDT dollars, where my ethereum sold at 142 USDT. And this happens right after the end of the maintenance work. Nowhere else, the price did not go like that, even on exmo itself in the pair ETHUSD this was not the case. As for me, it’s either a miscalculation of the exchange, or deliberate manipulation. The support washes their hands of it and says that everything is fine, it should be like that, even if the price had gone down by 1 dollar.
On top of everything else, the exchange is engaged in outright theft of money from the account under the guise of cryptocurrency storage fees. I assume that the platform is going to be skimmed.

Maxim, please note that Stop-Orders are not a 100% guarantee of getting the desired points to open or exit a position. Slippage may occur when market volatility makes a Stop-Order at a specified price impossible to execute and close a position. Thus, the corresponding Stop-Order will be executed at the next best price.

Solid platform
Been using Exmo for a few months, and it’s super user-friendly. Withdrawal is quick, though sometimes the fees feel a bit high. Overall, very solid platform!
I live in Germany for more than 25 years, I was blocked for writing to support in Russian and accessing my account from Russian ip-addresses! I do not recommend
