    I have the same situation, also could not get on the exchange in January 2018, and then without my knowledge the money disappeared. Only they first transferred all the money in dogecoins, and then they transferred them and no reaction to complaints. What a crook. I thought I was the only one, but here I see a whole bunch of them. If anyone doubts this, I can send you screenshots

    Solid platform

    Been using Exmo for a few months, and it’s super user-friendly. Withdrawal is quick, though sometimes the fees feel a bit high. Overall, very solid platform!

    Run from them

    I live in Germany for more than 25 years, I was blocked for writing to support in Russian and accessing my account from Russian ip-addresses! I do not recommend
