Withdrawal of funds from your account was blocked by the security service on suspicion of hacking.
To cancel restrictions you need to:
1) write the numbers of wallets from which you deposited your account and make full-screen screenshots in good quality, where you can see that you logged into this wallet, as well as the ID of the transaction (date and time of the computer should be visible);
2) authorize in Exmo from the registration IP on the exchange or the most commonly used IP and tell us the time of authorization;
3) Provide a self photo with the document, uploaded for verification of identity, and a note with the current date (if you do not have verification, you must pass it).

1-е. Why was not I notified about “suspicious activity”? If it was noticed you should have notified me in a way you can find.
2-е. On what basis does your security have suspicions of hacking?
I request to withdraw XRP to the wallet I used before, namely: rMm12zF1ULNxX8kkGKrCBcwHTMhwignMsE . due to the termination of the contract between me and exmo, as well as in the next 30 days, after the return of funds and termination of the contract, I request to stop keeping and processing my personal data.

It is written in the AML section that Ehmo may request additional information or documents.

Solid platform
Been using Exmo for a few months, and it’s super user-friendly. Withdrawal is quick, though sometimes the fees feel a bit high. Overall, very solid platform!
I live in Germany for more than 25 years, I was blocked for writing to support in Russian and accessing my account from Russian ip-addresses! I do not recommend
