Situation is the same, only withdrawn in an unknown direction in btc for $ 8000, very disappointed in the exchange and their tech support!!!

Solid platform

I live in Germany for more than 25 years, I was blocked for writing to support in Russian and accessing my account from Russian ip-addresses! I do not recommend

Yesterday 12.01 my Exmo account was hacked, closed my orders, bought XRP and withdrawn to the wallet: rEb8TK3gBgk5auZkwc6sHnwrGVJH8DuaLh was connected 2 invoice authentication, but no sms came. Every now and then writes error 10403 number is already verified. SMS began to come only since yesterday evening. Always logged in from similar ip, the same login was from: 12.01.2018 11:19 13.57.184.183 United States Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 a logical question arises, why security does not block suspicious ip until found out? Real users have a block on the withdrawal pending clarification, and access to the left ip-easy. Withdrawal of funds occurred instantly, the real users hang for a few days, why? For the entire process of entering, closing, opening and withdrawal of funds under 0 – 2 min. Wrote to support as soon as I found the theft labeled fraud – the reaction of support 0. Even a letter did not come that registered. Insistence to Exmo management to improve account security, block suspicious ip, block activity for a few hours on suspicion of fraud. My account Sshalaev, the theft is not too large in terms of volume of trades: 542,701 XRP. I think it was due to security flaws in the exchange.
