    The broker finds it OK to unilaterally...

    The broker finds it OK to unilaterally change the terms of the contract, i.e. all of a sudden start charging your account €25/day (!!!) commission without letting you know.

    They’ve charged me €4,000 euros without a single call from the account manager, without a single notification in their trading app.

    They will keep saying “We’ve sent you an email”. Ahh-ha. An automatic notification titled “Client’s Area Notification”, which goes straight to the spam folder, is NOT the way to inform about a change in the contract and the broker’s new €4,000 commission.

    Don’t let them fool you. If you’re being scammed like me, submit your complaints to Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.

    This is not how brokerage should be done, this is plain fraud.

    I like it that it offers a wide range of investment options, including stocks, bonds, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.     Very good experience

    What sets Exante apart for me is their willingness to customize solutions. It's not too often that brokers offer this, but it makes using their platform a better experience than something like MT4. Although if you use EA's alot then this probably isnt the platform for you.
