The first time they existed, the main problem was bad software. Constant updates, when one thing was fixed, another fell off. As a result, one could was to get blown up on the spot – where everything was working before the upgrade, there would be some kind of an ambush. I lost several thousand dollars once, Because they had lost their settings and my position was closed without confirmation. In technical support I felt sorry for them and said something like. There was a story when of the software froze and I could not close positions in time. There were incomprehensible buttons without icons or descriptions. In general, a lot of people lost their money while they sawing software.
The second global problem – they do not have reports that can be used to create a tax base. That is, you simply will not be able to report to the tax authorities. There is no such thing as in Interactive Brokers, where you download one correct report and then you can feed it to some Service to create a tax base. They have to download several reports to create a tax base, collect them yourself into a correct and Ask Exante for money to make you a correct report on your assembly. And then according to their report, you yourself will have to do the tax base by hand. In addition, you will spend time trying to get the numbers in their reports to add up. And the numbers do not add up. Correspondence with technical support will take a month and a half in at best. And the support staff will be constantly changing and the conversations will go in circles.

Very good experience
What sets Exante apart for me is their willingness to customize solutions. It's not too often that brokers offer this, but it makes using their platform a better experience than something like MT4. Although if you use EA's alot then this probably isnt the platform for you.
