They're selective when they get the chance

They’re selective when they get the chance. I got screwed for 25k euros.
At the end of 2016 I opened an account with Exante and funded it. Started trading.
Always after requesting a withdrawal the manager demanded to take a call. It never happened simply. There were always questions – why withdrawal, why.

At the beginning of 2017, someone wrote to Exanta from my e-mail address but on my behalf, claiming that I had lost all the passwords from my laptop and tried to get control of the account. The attempt, of course, failed. After all, both my e-mail and my phone were still with me and had not been hacked.

After this case I lost access to my money at the broker for some reason and for almost two years I can’t get it back.
Although trading on the account was allowed until recently, but as soon as I started trading and losing money, the account was quickly abandoned.

Now it’s the end of 2018 and I still have 25 thousand euros frozen on my account and I can’t get them back.

The requirements for unblocking were numerous.
I showed them via webcam my passport. It didn’t help.
I made them notarized copies of documents. They weren’t convinced.

No matter how many checks I do, there’s always a new one.
The latest one :
-A request to send by mail a certified copy of passport only from a Latvian notary ( Although I told them that I could not come to Latvia ), as well as a certificate from the police in Latvia.
-Please come to the office in England.

It is clear that it is hardly possible to get the money back. So I want to warn others and ask for advice, how can I bring the owners to justice?
