At the end of 2016 I opened an account at Exant and funded it. I started trading.
Always after the application for withdrawal of funds the manager demanded to take a call. This never happened easily. There were always questions — why I was withdrawing, why.
At the beginning of 2017. Someone, not from my email, but on my behalf, wrote to Exante claiming I lost all my laptop passwords and tried to get control of my account. Attempt, Of course it didn’t come out. After all, both my email and my phone were still with me and had not been hacked.
After that incident, I had access to my money. I lost my broker for some reason and have not been able to get it back for almost two years now.
Although trading on the account was allowed until recently, but as soon as I started trading and losing money, the account was quickly abandoned.
It is now the end of 2018, and 25 thousand euros are still frozen in the account and I cannot to get them.
There were a lot of requirements to unlock them.
I showed them my passport through the webcam. Didn’t work.
I made them notarized copies documents. They were not convinced.
No matter how many inspections I go through, new ones always arise.
The most recent one was:
-A request to mail a certified copy passports only at the Latvian notary ( Although I told them that I could not come to Latvia), as well as a certificate from the Latvian police.
-Request to come to the office in England.
