Since there is no office, you have no control over anything and you are essentially sending money without the ability to influence eToro’s desire to return it. I wonder what’s up every time I withdraw funds.
I withdraw because of the huge spreads on crypto (4-15%) and at the same time the company, according to the additional agreements, which it has hidden on the far sections of the site, is not responsible for the risks that some exchange will collapse, or regulation will change, or they will be thrown away by some counterparty for transactions with crypto, or they will lose their crypto wallets.
On my request to show balances and numbers of crypto wallets belonging to eToro to make sure that the company really buys crypto on exchanges, the manager disappeared and never called again.
Also several times I saw the possibility to buy or sell some crypto asset disappear, for example, DASH, Monero could not be bought at all when they were growing.
