The Worst!
Beware if you need a Refund. Lost $500! Lured in by misleading propaganda. Like "cancel anytime before …" Made 8 bookings, then AFTER the booking they tell you insurance coverage does not apply to US or Canadian Citizens. In requesting a cancellation, they give you credit on a wallet so you can apply the credit later to another booking. If you want all your money back to your credit card or bank, they keep a HUGE % of the booking. This isn’t clearly specified in the Terms & Conditions fine print. In calling their customer support, they would not let me speak to a Supervisor, and are completely comfortable with their contact language – maybe waiting for a class action lawsuit to develop. Never again!

They work like a Scam. If you flight was delayed, the reservation is canceld and you will pay few hundreds dollars. Stay away
By the way, tere was additional 5 or 6 costumes with the same issues. All of them didn't receive any car but was scamed with hundreds of euros

Very very bad experience
How in the world do they have such a high rating here?
1. They cooperate with scam rentals like Surprice/Autoone - check out their reviews on Trustpilot.

Absolutely avoid! A company that doesn't care at all about its customers, which responds to emails after a month of waiting. We rented a vehicle at Santiago De Compostel airport, our plane landed at midnight and we rented the vehicle for 12:30 a.m. a bus was to take us to the “Record Go” agency located... Read more
