Exchange from ETH to USDT ERC-20

Entered the amount of 2 ETH on BestChange, their resource is knocked out in Top.

Going to the resource saw that they have additional commissions, which were not indicated by the icon on the BC, as an additional commission.

The commission in this direction was 0.63%

I decided to check with the operator, included whether the commission is already included in the amount received on the application. The answer was that the commission is taken into account and the amount will be received as specified in the application (provided that the rate is not will change as long as the transaction is confirmed on the network).

In the end the commission of 0.63% was charged. The operator says that you have agreed to terms of exchange. Be careful, they say.

So I have two complaints
1. Misleading (intentionally or unintentionally) to commit exchange
