- Available 24/7 human support. Not that common for forex brokers, so give them credit for this.
Minuses- Nothing at all, except for card withdrawals. Better to go with ewallets and crypto, if you don’t want to wait days for getting your money. I made such mistake…

Positive- Beside the trading platform, they have several other positive points. First of all, I would highlight that the trading fees are low, especially with the raw account.
- Secondly, customer service is always on time to help out. Only once I remember waiting for more than 10 minutes, but other than that the answer is pretty much instant.

Positive- Trading conditions are superior to most of their competitors. Spreads are starting from 1 pips, rarely exceeding 1.3 pips for major fx pairs such as EUR/USD. Plus, commissions are 0 as they don’t charge them.
- The variety of tools is also impressive imho. Tradingview charts, AI signals and trumponomics are all the features that I enjoy these days.
Minuses- As for the negatives, leverage is only up to 500. I expected more from a broker like this, at least up to 1000.

Positive- Withdarwals can get really quickly if you choose the right method, and they proccess them fast on their side so all that's left is for your money provider to just transfer the money, and if it's like e-wallet then it's gonna be fast too.
Minuses- I felt like they don't offer the ideal environment for trading stocks, they do offer some, but it feels like they make an emphasis on other assets. I'd like to see more stocks for selection and better conditions for trading them.

Positive- Lots of assets give me enough room to implement even the most advanced strategies, by the way news trading isn’t restricted here.
- Whenever I withdraw funds, all operations always proceed fastly and without serious delays.
Minuses- Customer support is lame to be honest, I mean when I ask a question, they should answer it as soon as possible, why I have to wait for 15-20 minutes?!
- I was trading ETH a few days ago, and you know, the spreads are quite wider than usual, I hope one day they’ll make them tighter or something like that.

Positive- I think the biggest advantage of using Doto in south africa is that they have our local lincence (FSCA) and it just makes me more peaceful when trusing my money with this broker.
Minuses- I think support can do a better job because I addressed them with live chat and idk if I hit the lunch time or not but live agent appeared much later.
