    This is a scam

    This company is a scam , first my order was delivered only half the quantity then they charged me for annual subscription of £192 which I did not signed up for and now they wont refund my money. No where in order journey their was any mention of subscription or £192 non refundable subscription charges. I contacted them and they wont refund even part of the money. Any legitimate company will refund at least part of it if customer contacted them to cancel. I searched online and their are similar complaint about this company. This company is a scam based in UAE and they should be banned from trading in UK
