I wrote in Telegram a simple question about why support does not answer (the question about unreasonable restriction of the account) and how to contact it, to what I received the answer "no emails after lunch today" further after providing screenshots with sent emails followed the answer "you bore me, I’ll ban you" and when trying to find out why I am so annoying, was banned. Great support. I suppose that everything is the same with the reliability of the exchange, since the management doesn’t give a shit about customer service. As a result – my account is limited, I can’t trade, I was banned in the support chat :).
