    I placed an order through the Cotosen website 2 months ago with the guarantee of being received in 20 days but 2 months have passed and no reason has been given despite having written to the customer service site, they answer evasively and do not give any reason for the order.

    I do not advise!

    Ordered a t-shirt and pants, low quality. You have to return them with your own money! Surprised! I don't recommend it.

    I ordered 2 coats in size L I received one L and one Xl the quality is mediocre I have the impression to have ordered a disguise of bad quality No returns or refunds possible Please do not order from this site

    Geld einfach behalten

    The faulty items (all of them, 2 pairs of pants to be precise) were sent back and the money has not been refunded for months now. I only receive standard e-mails asking me to be patient. Unfortunately, I didn't look at the imprint beforehand.
