Cotosen es una estafa

Cotosen is a real scam. I already started to be suspicious when I saw that, just after making the payment, they blocked my access to my account on the website. I could not I went back inside to see my orders. I ordered a sweater and a t-shirt. What I received has nothing to do with what is shown in the pictures. At The technical data sheet says that the T-shirt is cotton and the jersey has the texture of fleece-type clothing. And from the colors and the look that is what suggest the photos. The reality is quite different: the two garments they sent me are made with that kind of thin, shiny plastic fabric with the costumes are made. The seams are poorly made. The colors are garish and nothing to do with the photos. In addition the sweater is size L and I I ordered a M. It fits me huge. But the worst thing is that the garments, with that kind of fabric and colors, are so ridiculous that I can’t even wear them. and they cost me a lot of money. Also, to my surprise, when they arrived I had to pay 7€ extra for customs fees. If you want to return the order you pay the return shipping costs to China. And from what it says in the conditions there is no guarantee that you will get your money back, because they will confirm it to you once they have received the return shipment. Don’t fall into the trap like me. Their business is to deceive through photos. that they are retouched and then send you a product of lousy quality that is not what is shown on the website. They also make sure that you will not get a refund.
