    problem with a booking

    I would never recommend this to anyone!
    I had questions regarding my purchased ticket and reached out to customer support, which turned out to be completely useless.
    Instead of answering my inquiry about the boarding pass, they kept replying with unrelated information about cabin baggage and other irrelevant topics. It honestly felt like they were treating me like an idiot.
    In the end, I had to sort everything out myself upon arriving at the airport, as the support team simply stopped responding.

    Please don't use. Scam

    These people are really "special" They have made a mistake in spelling my name, resulting in having to buy a new ticket from the airline. No apologies are offered. No compensation is given. The helpline is not working. I suspect my name has been changed on purpose so I would be forced to buy... Read more

    Scam!

    I was trying to buy a ticket for a Vangogh Museum and a message apear charging me 690 € at Citytravels DMCC name, so they are scammers and dont refund your money. All about thos company is a scam and I you Will be robbed If you try to use the company in any purchase.
