    Complete fraud. They sell tickets more expensive than the company itself and add fees. 10 euros more between the invoice price and the amount deducted from the account. Plus bank charges of 3% of the amount are deducted by their bank without any prior mention. This is the first time I have had these charges when buying a ticket

    • Fraude complète. Ils vendent des billets plus chers que la compagnie elle même et ajoute des frais. 10 euros de plus entre le prix facture et le montant prélevé sur le compte. Plus des frais bancaires de 3% de la somme sont prélevés par leur banque sans qu aucune mention n ait été faite au préalable. C est la première fois que j ai eu ces en achetant un billet

      How to contact them pls..after collecting the money there is no mail or ticket came from them..not replying to my mails also .

    Please don't use. Scam

    These people are really "special" They have made a mistake in spelling my name, resulting in having to buy a new ticket from the airline. No apologies are offered. No compensation is given. The helpline is not working. I suspect my name has been changed on purpose so I would be forced to buy... Read more

    Scam!

    I was trying to buy a ticket for a Vangogh Museum and a message apear charging me 690 € at Citytravels DMCC name, so they are scammers and dont refund your money. All about thos company is a scam and I you Will be robbed If you try to use the company in any purchase.
