I’m your customer for almost 2 years but I’ve never faced like that before. I was making a USD transaction but suddenlly got the request form the support team that I need to take selfie with a card that I do not longer use. Is this request is normal one and how can I make selfie with a card I no longer use?

Kindly note that card verification is extremely important as we care about the security of users’ funds the most. There’s a specific verification procedure, the same for all the customers, and specific requirements to be fulfilled. Thus, the request is absolutely normal. If you don’t have the card, please request your bank to provide you with a statement for that card and send it to support. It’ll be approved instead of the selfie.
