Decided to buy usdt, chose seller with rate of 75p and 100% of transactions made. After transferring the entire amount, I got 3 times less amount, because the rate was changed from 75 to 215 seconds before I clicked "pay" and this change was not noticed by me. As a result, I lost 2/3 of the amount. I applied to support. The answer: Within 48 hours we will reply to the email.
