I transferred money to https://testnet.bybit.com/
Without even realizing that making one registration, registered on two sites: https://testnet.bybit.com/ and https://www.bybit.com/
And one support chat. I lost 750 bucks. I fought with the support for 5 days, in vain.

If you have indeed purchased real BTC from any external vendors please kindly check with the vendor and double check on the destination wallet address. We are unable to assist you on your issue since the wallet was not deposited to any Bybit wallet address.
