A totally unadvisable company… they don’t send you the ticket… when you finally manage to cancel the ticket they don’t give you the money back. There is no way to complain because they are based in the UK. They don’t answer your mails, and if they do, each time it’s a different person who "copy paste" but they never give you your money back. They refer you to your bank and the bank is not interested because they themselves (the bank) warn you of a possible scam.
I have been trying to get my money back since the 10th and nothing, and, in the end, no trip and no money.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY….. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE COMMENTS. CHECK WELL OTHER PAGES AND YOU WILL REALIZE WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE BUSBUD IS.

Do not use! No customer help at all, gave me the wrong pickup address for bus then have not replied to any of my emails regarding the issue has been weeks with trying to get contact. It's a total scam people. Do not use this site, it's a scam. You order a ticket, the ticket does not arrive and the money is not returned.
