    I bought a ticket for the bus Burgas – Istanbul, came to the departure and I was not on the passenger list! I had to buy the ticket again!

    Do not use! No customer help at all, gave me the wrong pickup address for bus then have not replied to any of my emails regarding the issue has been weeks with trying to get contact.     It's a total scam people. Do not use this site, it's a scam. You order a ticket, the ticket does not arrive and the money is not returned.
