    I happened to see that I got a refund on my card. No There were no messages from your company. I could have come to the train station and found out there that my trip had been cancelled for unknown reasons.
    I would like to know the reason and understand whether it is possible to deal with your firm.

    Do not use! No customer help at all, gave me the wrong pickup address for bus then have not replied to any of my emails regarding the issue has been weeks with trying to get contact.     It's a total scam people. Do not use this site, it's a scam. You order a ticket, the ticket does not arrive and the money is not returned.
