    Fraudsters! Do not buy tickets on this website https://*** Firm BUSBUD – scammers! I bought a bus ticket, the money was written off, and without the 3D secure code. A few hours later my ticket was cancelled. But no one told me about this and the money was not returned. I found out about this when I arrived at the bus station, where I had to buy tickets again. Be careful!

      P. S. A month after the review was published the company looked into my issue and refunded my money for the ticket. Unfortunately, I still cannot recommend this company. It is very unpleasant to come to the bus for departure to another country and your ticket is cancelled.

    Do not use! No customer help at all, gave me the wrong pickup address for bus then have not replied to any of my emails regarding the issue has been weeks with trying to get contact.     It's a total scam people. Do not use this site, it's a scam. You order a ticket, the ticket does not arrive and the money is not returned.
