ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE!
My first failed attempt to book train tickets from Toronto to Montreal should have been a sign to use another company.
What ended up happening is me receiving the confirmation and and tickets I bought for two passengers only for them to arrive at the train station and there only being one ticket in the VIA rail system.
The train was missed over this error and I had to purchase two new tickets.
I’ve yet to receive a FULL refund of the original tickets and new costs incurred.
They don’t have a 24hour customer service number either thats a red flag too!
DO NOT USE this trash company!

As mentioned in my previous post below…
I have requested a FULL REFUND of both the tickets I initially purchased with Busbud along with FULL REIMBURSEMENT of the two new tickets I had to purchase from VIA Rail on-site due to the incomplete Busbud booking.
The trip was booked for my granddaughter’s 7 birthday to Montreal Canada.
My daughter was scheduled to return to Toronto for work later that day and missed her shift because she was not back in Toronto on time. They say for 9 hours for the next departing train due to the immense confusion of the Busbud missing ticket and lack of immediate online customer service.
The unexpected expenditure of having to purchase two whole new tickets from VIA put a heavy hit on my finances especially shy of Christmas.
My daughter lost money from losing her shift!
They sat and wasted time and both her and I lost money!
Busbud offered a refund for the initial tickets and a credit for future travel.
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!
WHY would I ever use this company again?
I have advised them numerous times of the situation, provided all proof including the tickets and receipts I have from the new tickets purchased due to their lack of professionalism.
I DON’T want anything else to do with the company other than being refunded the outstanding balance!
DO NOT USE this trash company! READ THE REVIEWS and heed caution.

Do not use! No customer help at all, gave me the wrong pickup address for bus then have not replied to any of my emails regarding the issue has been weeks with trying to get contact. It's a total scam people. Do not use this site, it's a scam. You order a ticket, the ticket does not arrive and the money is not returned.
