    ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE! My first failed attempt to...

    ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE!
    My first failed attempt to book train tickets from Toronto to Montreal should have been a sign to use another company.
    What ended up happening is me receiving the confirmation and and tickets I bought for two passengers only for them to arrive at the train station and there only being one ticket in the VIA rail system.
    The train was missed over this error and I had to purchase two new tickets.
    I’ve yet to receive a FULL refund of the original tickets and new costs incurred.
    They don’t have a 24hour customer service number either thats a red flag too!
    DO NOT USE this trash company!

    Do not use

    Do not use! No customer help at all, gave me the wrong pickup address for bus then have not replied to any of my emails regarding the issue has been weeks with trying to get contact.     Divorce

    It's a total scam people. Do not use this site, it's a scam. You order a ticket, the ticket does not arrive and the money is not returned.
