Solid experience, minor hiccups

Book Outlet gave me a mostly positive experience, though there were a couple of small issues that stopped me from giving it a full five stars. I ordered a stack of books across different genres, and most arrived on time and in great condition. However, one book was delayed by about four days, and another had a slightly bent cover, which was disappointing since it was listed as "new." That said, the prices were still amazing, and the website was easy to use. I also appreciated the option to filter by condition and price, which made shopping more efficient. Customer support was polite when I contacted them about the damaged book and offered a replacement. Overall, it’s a solid choice for budget-conscious readers, but maybe keep an eye on shipping dates and inspect items carefully when they arrive.
