deception

I exchanged 0.0926 ETH, March 9 at 11-02, after 1.5 hours operator told me that they did not receive my payment and canceled the application. In response, the operator sent me a screenshot of the other address.
I do not make exchanges for the first time and the address was copied, I checked the numbers coincided when I entered the address. Address was working and was received quickly, somehow exchanger substituted it for me!
