Bitlo refuses to allow withdrawal of my assets

I deposited $5000+ ETH with bitlo. After a couple of weeks of trading I had a nice profit. When I tried to withdraw the funds, bitlo advised they couldn’t send the funds to my Robinhood account because of an "abnormal address". I resubmitted the witdrawal request five more times, checking the address to ensure it was the Robinhood address I copied and pasted. Bitlo then blamed the blockage on the "International Monetary Authority" (no such organization exists), and then on the "International Financial Administration" (again, no such organization exists). Then they stated that they could fix the problem if I would deposit an additional $5,000 USDT to my account. They were now practicing criminal extortion – which may not be illegal in Turkey, I guess. Regardless, I will not send this band of thieves any more funds. I accept that they have now stolen my initial investment (plus profit). Live and learn – I’ve learned not to do business with these criminals. I have learned today that they have suspended withdrawal activities on my account with no explanation from customer service.
